Scope
Licences held by others
Where FSWS is not the licensed party, the licensed party performs the recovery and issues the certificate. FSWS forwards it unaltered, with the consignment reference attached.
- Plastic waste recycling
- Requires registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016. Recycling is performed by a registered recycler, who issues the certificate.
- E-waste and battery recycling
- Performed by authorised recyclers, who issue the certificate. FSWS collects, grades and transfers under traceable custody.
- Paper repulping
- Performed at the receiving mill, which issues the end-use certificate.

The Haridwar facility and the consignment records are open to inspection. Visits to a receiving mill or recycler can be arranged. Copies of the consent, and of downstream partners’ registrations, are provided on request and reissued on renewal or change of partner.
